-organize agenda prior to each meeting
-keep meetings organized and on task
Vice President:
-publicize events and general membership meetings
-aid in keeping meetings organized and on task
Secretary:
-keep accurate minutes and attendance at each meeting
-tally all votes (recorded in minutes)
-email members
Business Manager:
-arrange all financial transactions
-have accurate budget of group finances at each meeting
Webmaster:
-keep accurate list of group members (on CCC)
-keep the website up to date
-keep the Campus Club Connection up to date
