Offered: Fall
About this course:
This course provides an overview of topics relevant to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), including MRI physics, brain
anatomy, experimental design and data analysis. In the laboratory component, students will use AFNI software to analyze fMRI data.
The course will provide a good foundation for understanding the results of fMRI studies as well as designing and implementing new fMRI
experiments. Enrollment is limited to eight students, by permission of the instructor. Parts of the course will be taught via
