You can view presentations by selecting the link, which automatically will download the file to your desktop, and then viewing the presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer.
The Viewer is freeware and can be downloaded from the following sites:
Macintosh Users: If you have trouble viewing a presentation's graphics, try allocating more memory to the Viewer (trying setting it at 25000K).
