  1.  etg2homer.m. A MATLAB m-file that converts ETG-4000 files to a format that can be used with the HOMer program. Note that this program assumes a 24-channel probeset, organized as two 3x3 sets. For other setups, you have to manually change certain variables in the m-file, in particular SD.SrcPos and SD.DetPos. Contact: mohinish.s at gmail dot com
  2.  A GUI developed by Rolf Saager, Andrew Berger, Peter Haake, Joseph Lust, Andrea Gebhart, Dick Aslin.  This is a beta version of the GUI. Currently it processes data ONLY from block design experiments that have 2 conditions (e.g., Stim/Rest).  It does not currently process data from experiments with event-related designs, or from block design experiments that have more than 2 conditions. The GUI should be run on a PC for full compatibility. For full functionality, the user needs the MATLAB signal processing toolbox, filter design toolbox, and curve fitting toolboxes. A Block Analyzer Manual is included.
