Dear Colleagues, The Society for Language Development has been officially incorporated and held its first annual symposium in conjunction with the 2004 BUCLD meeting. The fifth annual symposium will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2008, in conjunction with the BUCLD meeting October 31-November 2, 2008. In addition, the Society has established a new journal, Language Learning and Development, with Susan Goldin-Meadow as Editor and LouAnn Gerken as Associate Editor. Taylor & Francis is the publisher. We encourage everyone to join the Society. As part of the annual Society dues you will receive the journal for FREE. Regular membership is $80 and student membership is $40.
